Hello there, everyone!

At EverBee, as you probably already know, we offer 03 different types of Plans:

  • Hobby (free-of-charge account)
  • Growth (monthly and annual subscription)
  • Business (monthly and annual subscription)

Understanding the Downgrading

For the Hobby Plan account holders, downgrading means only possible to apply for account closure. If you decide to do so, please get in touch with us at hello@everbee.io

Note: You can't do it yourself.

For a Growth Plan subscription holder:

  • Monthly Plan: Downgrading means cancelling your subscription at the end of the monthly billing cycle or immediately (depending on each account). Your account will become a Hobby Plan.
  • Annual Plan: Downgrading means changing to the monthly charge option or cancelling your subscription immediately (depending on each account). If you decide to cancel and want to know if you're eligible for a refund, please check our refund policy.

Note: To cancel your subscription, you must manually apply it to your account. Please see it here. You can also request it directly with us at hello@everbee.io.

If you leave your subscription running without cancelling or by stopping to access your EverBee account, this won't cancel it automatically.

For a Business Plan subscription holder:

  • The process follows instructions similar to those described previously in the Growth Plan.
  • However, here, downgrading means changing your subscription to the Growth Plan (monthly or annual), which will automatically update to the new plan (subscription).
  • You can also downgrade by cancelling it directly.
At the end of the monthly billing cycle or immediately (depending on each account).
Your account will become a Hobby PlanIf you decide to cancel and want to know if you're eligible for a refund, please check our refund policy.
