This article will help you check your subscription status and invoices.
To access your subscription "Manage Billing", you must:
- Login to your account
- On the sidebar (left side), you see the "Options" button, click on It
- Then, you'll see "Profile"
- Now, click on the "Manage Billing" button (a new browser will open on the Stripe page)
EverBee payment system is powered by Stripe
Note: Before proceeding with this article, we ask you to check this critical information:
- To check the subscription's Status and Invoices, it must be active.
If your subscription has a pending charge, you won't be able to access this part of your account. Please get in touch with us at hello@everbee.io. - Why is it not possible?
The payment system can't interact with invoices that have already been processed. (Our Customer Support Team can help you with that.)

Here, you can check your subscription:
- Current Plan: what's your Plan (Monthly or Annual)
- Payment Method: add or edit your payment method
- Billing and Shipping Info.: add or edit your info. (e.g. address, tax)
- Invoice: check your invoice history
- To Edit or Add the information to these sections, click on the part below (for each section). For the payment section, if you update your payment method, we recommend removing the previous one when updating a new card.
