This FAQ covers everything you need to know about syncing your Printify store with EverBee, from initial setup to troubleshooting sync issues and managing your products. 

If you have Printify products connected to your store, the information below will guide you through common questions and how the sync works behind the scenes.



  • Q: How can I create my store?
     A: Users can create a store via AI-assisted setup, by importing from Etsy, or integrating with Wix.

  • Q: Can I connect just my Printify shop, no Etsy? 
    A: Yes, you can.. Simply select ‘'setup by AI’’ and access our apps and integration to set this up. 

  • Q: I have multiple Printify accounts/shops, can I choose the one I wish to connect to EverBee? 
    A: There isn’t currently an option to select just one specific Printify shop; EverBee will display all products from every Printify store you own under that account.

  • Q: What happens when a product is changed or updated on Printify? 
    A: When a change happens, a manual sync is needed. Changes made directly on Printify (like updating the title, description, images, or variants) are not automatically reflected in your EverBee Store. Clicking on the fetch updates toggle will sync this. 

  • Q: What happens when I select Etsy?
     A: All listings and shop info are imported into EverBee Store and reflected in your website preview.

  • Q: How do I customize my store's look and feel?
     A: Use the AI to guide your theme selection or manually pick your design.

  • Q: How do I connect my Printify account to EverBee?
    A: Simply access the Apps and integration section on your dashboard, select Printify, and install. 

  • Q: Can I sync multiple Printify stores to one EverBee account?
    A: Yes, you can sync multiple Printify stores to a single EverBee account. All your Printify products, regardless of which Printify store they belong to, will be available for import and management in EverBee. Do I need a Printify Premium account to use the sync feature?

  • Q: Does EverBee allow managing several Printify shops separately?
    A: No, there are no separate dashboards. EverBee does not create separate management areas for each Printify shop. All products from all shops appear in a single product list.

  • Q: Can EverBee edit my Printify products or manage my Printify account? 
    A: EverBee cannot make changes to your Printify products or shops directly. Edits made in EverBee (like changing a product title or description) stay only in EverBee and do not update your Printify account.

  • What permissions does EverBee require to sync with Printify?
    A: EverBee needs access mainly to products. EverBee needs permission to view and import all products from every Printify shop linked to your Printify account. This allows you to manage and publish products from multiple shops within a single EverBee dashboard.

  • Q: Can I control or revoke EverBee's access to my Printify store anytime?
    A: Yes, you can. You have full control over the connection between EverBee and your Printify store. Simply disconnect your Printify right there in your account. 

  • Q: Do I need a Printify Premium account to use the sync feature?
    A: You do not need a Printify Premium account to use the sync feature with EverBee Store. The ability to sync products from Printify to EverBee Store is available whether you’re on the free Printify plan or Printify Premium. 

  • Q: What exactly does EverBee sync from Printify? (e.g., product titles, descriptions, pricing, variants)
    A: EverBee Syncs - Product titles, SKU and Variant IDs, Images/mockups, Shop information, Inventory Levels, Pricing, Descriptions, and variants. 

  • Q: How often does EverBee sync my Printify products?
    A: EverBee does not automatically sync your Printify products on a set schedule. You need to hit the ‘'fetch updates’’toggle to sync consistently. 

  • Q: How do I update pricing or mockups for synced products?
    A: If you want to update pricing or mockups for products that are synced between Printify and your EverBee Store, you need to log into your Printify account and edit the product’s pricing for each variant as needed. Then go back to the EverBee store to sync again. 

  • Q: Will EverBee show sales or performance metrics from Printify products?
    A: If you’re running your store with EverBee and using Printify for print-on-demand products, you will be able to see your Order tracking, Order status, and Order details. 

  • Q: After disconnecting, if I reconnect, will my previously synced products still be there?
    A: If you disconnect your Printify account from EverBee and then reconnect it later, any products you previously synced and published to your EverBee Store will still be there in your product list. Disconnecting Printify does not automatically delete or remove these products from your store. 

    Products that were live on your storefront before disconnecting will remain visible to your customers unless you manually remove or archive them.

    Finally, any changes you made to product titles, descriptions, or images within EverBee will remain as you left them.
