Brain is your built-in AI assistant designed to help you create and manage your store, products, and brand identity—all through simple conversations. Here's a full breakdown of what Brain is, what it can do, and which plans it’s currently included in.
As of now, Brain is available on all EverBee Store plans:
- Essential
- Core
- Advanced
💬 What Can You Do With Brain?
Brain functions like a chatbot, but it's tailored specifically to your e-commerce needs. You can:
- Ask any sort of questions for your business
- Create new products. Brain will help you with category selection, SEO-optimized tags, and descriptions.
- Edit existing products
- Upload brand-related files
- Generate or refine your brand identity and strategy (mission, vision, values, customer persona, etc)

Uploading Your Own Files
If you already have branding materials (like a tone guide, visual direction, or a full brand book), you can upload your documents directly into Brain using the widget.
Brain will analyze your files and incorporate that information into your brand book or product suggestions.
To upload your files, you can:
1. Click on Brain from your left side bar
2. Click on "Documents"
✍️ Using Brain to Create Products
You can ask Brain to create a product for you by typing your prompt directly into the chat. Brain will:
- Generate a title and description
- Suggest a price (if available)
- Suggest audience targeting and positioning
Where to Access This:
- From the Brain chat widget by clicking "Add Product"
Depending on where you're using Brain, available functions may differ slightly. To use the "Edit" and "Create" product functions, please make sure to be in the tab displayed below (Create product tab).
*You can also use Brain to edit your product listings.

We’re continuously expanding what Brain can do. Future updates will include:
- Running email marketing campaigns
- Connecting to social media for direct posting
