If you’re selling physical products, setting up your shipping settings is essential. Follow this quick guide to add your shipping details to your OpoShop

Add Your Business Address

Please note that before you can create a shipping method, you must enter your business address.

  1. Go to Settings > General.
  2. Scroll down to Business Information.
  3. Fill out your Street Address, City, State, Postal Code, and Country.

This information is required to calculate shipping and tax properly.


Set Up Your Shipping Method

  • Go to Settings > Shipping.
  • On the main Shipping Profiles page, you'll see a list of your existing shipping profiles.
  • To create a new shipping profile, click the Create New button.
    • Create a profile name for your shipping method (e.g., General Shipping).


  • Click Manage Products to select the products you want to assign to this shipping profile.


  • Under Fulfillment Locations, click Add Fulfillment Location to specify the location from which orders for this shipping profile will be fulfilled.


  • Shipping Zones
    • Click Add Zone & Rate to create a shipping zone and configure the shipping rates for orders fulfilled from this location.
    • Zone Name: Enter a name for the shipping zone (for your reference only).
    • Countries & Regions: Select the countries and, if needed, choose specific states or provinces from the dropdown menu.
    • You can edit or delete the shipping rate at any time.
    • Each shipping zone must have at least one shipping rate.



  • Shipping Types
    • Add Rate to create a shipping rate for customers in this zone.
    • You can choose a shipping rate type such as Standard, Express, or Custom.
    • Click Add Conditional Pricing to create shipping rates based on specific order conditions, such as order value or item quantity.



    • Set your Shipping Fee (e.g., $5.00).
    • Add an Estimated Delivery Time (e.g., 3–5 Business Days).
    • Click Done to save your shipping method.


Once completed, your OpoShop will be able to charge accurate shipping rates and provide clear delivery estimates to your customers.
