Hey there, everyone!
Here we will help you on how to disconnect your Etsy shop from your EverBee account.
To disconnect your Etsy shop, you must to:
- Login to your account (Web-App link)
- On the main screen (below part), in the "All Connected Channels" section, you'll see your connected Shop (or Shops)
- On the right-hand side of each Shop. click in the "disconnect" button
- You'll see the confirmation message
- After confirm, refesh your browser
If you accessing your account through the extension link (the Etsy page), please follow these steps:
- In your account's sidebar (left-hand side), click on Your Name (at the bottom, where you see also your account's email address and info.)
- Click on the "Visit web-app" button
- You'll be redirect to a new page (it's your account's Web-App page)
- Click in the "Options" button, then "Account"
- Now, follow the step #3, displayed in the top of this page
